Majaribu is the classic story of Cain and Abel, a story about two brothers torn apart by greed, jealousy and envy. When Fidel Miti’s wife died, all evidence appeared to point to him.The police said it was arson and raised questions about why her insurance policy was tripled a week before her death. Fidel knew someone was framing him but had no idea who. Fidel was secretly relieved when Joseph said he would rather go to jail for manslaughter than see his brother end up there. This is why Fidel believes that he owes his brother a BIG ONE and also why no-one can turn him against Joseph. It is also why he made sure that he took very good care of Joseph’s wife, Tina when Joseph was in jail. Little does Fidel know that Joseph only made this “sacrifice” because someone was about to expose him for his nefarious deeds…To Fidel Miti – family comes first. It’s unthinkable that family could turn against you. So when the story begins, Joseph has been released from jail and is welcomed home with open arms. Fidel tries to convince Joseph to help him run the family business, a construction empire. But bitterness and revenge drive Joseph, who believes that he should be the sole heir to the family fortune.Add to that the suspicious nature of Fidel’s daughter Naomi and his right hand man Roger – all resulting in scheming and intrigue. However Joseph has allies too and he’s not afraid to use money and manipulation to get what he wants. Will good trump evil in this pitched battle for power and revenge?
